EVENT BOOKING POLICY

Mad Beach Brewing hosts private and semi-private events.
Submitting an event inquiry does NOT guarantee a booking.
1. Booking Confirmation
Events are confirmed only after:
- Written approval
- Deposit (if required)
- Agreement on event terms
2. Capacity
Event space accommodates up to approximately 400 guests.
Final approval depends on:
- Event type
- Layout
- Staffing
- Safety considerations
3. Deposits
Some events may require:
- Deposit
- Minimum spend commitment
- Signed agreement
Deposits secure your date.
4. Food & Beverage
All food and beverages must be:
- Provided by Mad Beach Brewing
- Or approved in writing
Alcohol service follows Florida licensing laws.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

- Credit toward future event
5. Refunds
